Shipping & returns

Made to order

Every product is printed on demand after you order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Typical production time is 2–5 business days before your order ships. Current production and delivery estimates are always shown on the Etsy listing at checkout.

Shipping

U.S. shipping is free on all desk mats. Orders ship directly from our print fulfillment partner, and tracking is provided through your Etsy account as soon as the label is created.

International availability and rates are set per listing — check the shipping section of the Etsy listing for your country.

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we can't restock returns the way a warehouse store can. Returns and exchanges are handled case by case through Etsy's resolution process:

Damaged or defective items — contact us through Etsy within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
Wrong item received — we'll make it right immediately.
Changed your mind — message us through Etsy; we'll work with you case by case.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change an address or cancel? Message us on Etsy as soon as possible — once an order enters production it usually can't be stopped.

All order management happens through our Etsy shop, where Etsy's buyer protections also apply. Etsy's own policies govern payment disputes and refunds.
