How do I place an order?
Browse products here, then click "Buy on Etsy" on any product. The listing opens in a new tab in our Etsy shop, where payment, shipping, and order management are completed securely.
Are these official certification materials?
No. Our cheat-sheet products are educational reference tools created by EGAN Collective. They are not official certification materials and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any certification body or software vendor.
What size are the desk mats?
Our XXL desk mats measure 31.5″ × 15.5″ — large enough for a full-size keyboard and mouse with reference material still visible. They are 4 mm thick with a non-slip rubber base and stitched anti-fray edges.
Who prints and ships my order?
Products are made to order and printed by trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners, then shipped directly to you. Production and delivery estimates are shown on each Etsy listing.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Etsy\u2019s secure checkout. EGAN Collective never sees or stores your payment information.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping destinations and rates are set per listing on Etsy. U.S. shipping is free; check the listing\u2019s shipping section for availability to your country.
What\u2019s your return policy?
Because every mat is made to order, returns are handled case by case through Etsy. Damaged or defective items are replaced. See our shipping & returns page for details.
How do I clean my desk mat?
Spot-clean with mild soap and a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, hand-wash in cold water and air dry flat. Avoid machine drying and ironing.
Will you make more designs? Can I request a topic?
Yes — new cheat-sheet designs and new product types are always in the works. Send topic requests through the contact page; the most-requested references get made first. Join the newsletter to hear about releases.
